The Cold Steel La Fontaine throwing knife was actually designed by long-time Cold Steel crew member Luke La Fontaine who, turns out, is a expertly trained in Japanese Sword Art and very knowledgeable in fencing practices and western swordsmanship. This throwing knife is heavily curved, with a wide belly, sharp cutting edge and an acute tip. Also integrated into the design was a finger guard to keep your hand from sliding onto the blade. Whether you are slashing, cutting or throwing, this knife does it all.
