The Skeleton knife is a manual folder with a thumb stud on the blade that almost feels like a spring assisted knife. It requires mild pressure from your thumb, but by the time you push on it hard enough to get started, you are giving it enough force to pop it all the way open. This very thin blade has textured aluminum scales which give it a nice feel when you hold it. A unique size, we don't really have any other folders in this size range. The Skeleton knife is small enough to carry yet big enough to get the job done.

The Boker Trance is a compact manual folder designed by Chad Los Banos of Hilo, Hawaii. This model has a plain blade with a bead blast finish. The Trance folder is bigger than his Subcom series but still nice and compact. Being a little larger, this inexpensive knife gives you more cutting power and a longer blade profile. The blade is made of AUS-8 stainless steel with a bead blast finish. Like the Subcom's, the blade has ambidextrous thumb studs and the Trance also boasts a flipper on the back of the knife which makes it even easier to open one handed. Flip the flipper and flick your wrist and the blade is open and locked in place. The handle on this nice manual knife is black fiberglass reinforced nylon with a nice texture pattern that allows you to grip it nice and tight. Spyderco's Persistence manual folder knife is named for the company's steadfastness and never give up attitude. The C136 Persistence is the smaller version of the Tenacious knife by Spyderco. The G10 laminate handle is milled with comfort in mind. Comfortable in your hand means you can use this knife for long periods of time without fatigue.
