The QD (Quick Deployment) SCARAB is an amazingly high quality tactical out-the-front knife patterned after the original Ultratech design. Built to withstand and excel in the extreme conditions of covert operations and is designed for a broad spectrum of utility and close quarter combat applications. This model, the 179-11AP features a tanto point combo edge blade. The blade has an apocalyptic stonewash finish. It is fabricated to impossibly high standards to assure realiability and safety with its use. The QD SCARAB features one handed open and close, dual action OTF design. It has a large easy to grab handle with grip tape inserts for maximum grip. It also has an ambidextrous pocket clip, a glass breaker on the back of the handle, Tamper-reisistant screws and a nice lanyard attachment.
