The Ultratech, the flagship knife of Microtech, has set the standard for out-the-front knives. The 123-2RD has a tanto point part serrated blade with a black finish and stainless highlights. It also features a red handle with new Tri-Grip pattern. This is their original, dual action OTF knife and through the years has undergon several modifications. Each time, it has become more efficient and reliable. The Ultratch's spring remains "at rest" at all times except when deployed. This means the compressed spring does not become fatigued and assures you that the knife will fire with consistency and power.
