The functional design was made perfect by their engineers - lightweight CNC machined AlMg3 aluminum and anti-slip reptile grip insets guarantee a secure grip in every maneuver.
Because of the new construction with the open back of the handle, you can easily clean the knife without the need of disassembling the complete system. The newly developed pocket clip gives you convenient accessibility. To optimize the edge-holding ability of the 440C steel blade, it is hollow ground. The blade also includes an additional securing mechanism that blocks the push button.

A smaller, everday use folder, the Fingerling combines style with utility to present a great everyday use automatic that is small enough to carry comfortably, yet big enough to get the job done.
Like so many great automatic knife companies before them, the Pirahna Knife Co. began their life in a machine shop. Now they are using their precision machining knowledge and skills to produce high quality knives with a Sport Utility feel to them - strong enough to get the job done, but comfortable and pleasing to the eye.
Each knife features a mirror polished drop point blade made from 154-CM stainless steel. Blade length measures 2.625". Opening is achieved by using the firing button, which has been recessed to prevent accidental opening.
The Piranha Fingerling's handles are made from 6061 T6 Aircraft grade aluminum. The gripping surfaces have all been chamfered, rounded, and polished for a comfortable feel, while incorporating ergonomic swells for a secure hold. Like other knives, the Fingerling is available with standard black handles, but they also offer 5 differant handle color combinations for those who are tired of the tactical black look.
