Pro-Tech has just released their newest line of Tactical Response automatic knives. The TR4 series features some serious upgrades from the earlier series. This knife has a slide safety on the front of the handle that keeps the knife locked when you want it that way. The black handle, made of anodized 6061 T6 aluminum with a new "feather" texture is comfortable to hold and has a couple of curves that make it easy to keep your grip on this knife. At the base of the handle on the spine side there is an integral loop for a lanyard and an integrated pommel that can be used as a glass breaker. The blade is DLC-coated CPM-D2. The TR4F3 has a plain edge. At the base of the blade on the spine side the blade has a satin finish. This gives it a two-tone style look. This fast firing automatic knife locks up tight. This is the type of knife you can depend on when things really matter. The TR-4F3 is a perfect knife for rescue personnel, military or anyone else that needs a knife that performs reliably at all times. Comes with a tip up black pocket clip and a very nice black nylon sheath.
