A well thought out designed composite layer built automatic OFT opening knife. It fits well in the hand whether using as a knife or for using built in striker/glass breaker. It comes with a safety built into side spine of the case. Operating procedure is fairly secure making using safely more of children being around situation or absolute control over accidental opening. With very little practice, one can open and close this knife one handed only using ones thumb. To open it, one only needs a quick firm push on the thumb stud mounted directly on the blade. Blade fires quickly and reliably while locking up securely. While locked, it requires pressing down and pulling back on the release to retract the blade which is a manual operation (not a DA). Pocket clip is solid and fairly well designed. Knife is good for daily duty and carries well. It comes with a shape edge and cuts well under light/medium cutting loads. Overall if purchased for proper reasons, this knife rates 4 out of 5 stars.
