The Smith & Wesson M&P MAGIC Assist Drop Point, model SWMP1BSD, features a Tan Handle and a black tactical part serrated blade.  The blade opens using the MAGIC spring assist system.  MAGIC (Multipurpose Assisted Generational Innovative Cutlery) is right.  This most excellent knife pops open with a thumb stud or with a spine button that functions almost as an automatic.  Has a side safety switch.  What a great knife.   Also has glass breaker on end.
