Regarded as one of the most recognizable folding knives ever produced, the Spyderco Police series first arrived on scene in the 1980's and was developed to meet the rigorous needs of law enforcement personnel. Fast forward 25 years and we now introduce the Spyderco Police 4 folder knife which of course is not new but has been newly "promoted" to feature a full flat ground blade made from Swedish Bohler-Uddeholm K390 tool steel instead of VG-10 stainless steel which was used on the previous generation. The handle has been crafted out of textured G-10 for maximum traction while still keeping the overall weight still at a minimum. Just like the model before it, the Police 4 features and sturdy back lock mechanism that uses a rocker arm that pivots in the center which represents the pinnacle of strength and ease of operation. This model, the C07GP, features a black G-10 handle, a satin finished spear point blade, Spyderco's trademark round hole opening feature and an ambidextrous 4-way positional pocket clip which allows for a tip up or tip down carry option on either side of the handle.
