The TOPS Knives Mil-SPIE 3 knife is a fixed blade knife designed for tough conditions and hard work. The name Mil-SPIE is an acronym that the DOD came up with several years ago. It stands for Military-Special Projects Individual Equipment. Mil-SPIE products enable Special Operation Forces within the military to help develop, test and evaluate products that they can then acquire out of the normal channels of military acquisition. This heavy duty knife has black linen micarta handles with a dot and dash pattern. Made for combat, this knife is also great for survival. Comes with a Kydex sheath.
