  THE BUCK 4-EVER WARRANTY
The Buck Knives 4-Ever Warranty is pretty much what it says. A Buck Knife is built to last. But if for some reason, your Buck is defective due to materials or workmanship, you can return it to us for repair. No matter where you bought it.
We will repair your knife, including parts, labor and or replacement with a new knife at our discretion. Keep in mind, repair is not always possible or practical. We will replace your knife with the same or one that is comparable if your knife is no longer available. Please note if your knife has sentimental value when you send the knife to us.

REPAIRS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
If your knife needs to be repaired, but doesn't fall under warranty, please send it to us. Don't try to repair it yourself. Self-repair will void your warranty, not to mention causing possible self-injury.
Reasons why repair wouldn't fall under warranty:Damage caused by misuse or abuse. Failure to care, clean and maintain your knife. Damage due to self-repair. Knife loss due to shipping to and from the Buck Knives factory Damage due to dismantling or tampering with your Buck knif.e Sharpening your Buck knife on a grinder. HOW TO SEND YOUR KNIFE IN FOR REPAIR:Tell us who you are and what is wrong with your knife.Let us know what you think is wrong with your knife. Include your name, address, phone number and email address. Wrap your knife securely.Please put each knife in a sheath or wrap in cardboard to protect it during shipping. Pack it so the point will not cut through the packaging. You will get your sheath or cardboard back upon return. Packing up your knife.We prefer that you pack your knife in a box. A padded envelope may also work if the knife isn’t too heavy or bulky. Be sure to put packing around the knife so it sits securely in the package. Shipping methods.We recommend that you insure your package and send it by a certified receipt that can be tracked if necessary. This will help protect you against possibility of loss or damage to your knife. Note that knife loss, including shipping to and from the Buck factory, is not covered under warranty. RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your Buck Knife. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, send your Buck back to us.
Please include the original receipt if you still have it and a short description of your reason for returning the knife.
If you paid by credit card, please include that number as we do not keep credit card information on file. We’ll also need your name, address and daytime phone number. We will refund your payment within one week of receiving your shipment.
If you haven't received a refund after one week, please give us a call, 800-326-2825, ext. 3, Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. PST.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your purchase, simply send it back to us.
Please include your original receipt, if you have one, and a short description of the product you would like instead.
If you paid by credit card, please include that number as we do not keep credit card information on file. We’ll also need your name, address and daytime phone number so we can get in touch with you if there is a difference in funds. Your exchange will be processed within one week of delivery to Buck Knives. Please allow seven to ten business days for the return shipment to reach you.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Kershaw products are guaranteed for the lifetime of the original owner to be free of defects when received from the factory. Any product we find to be defective in its original material, construction, or workmanship will be repaired or replaced with the same item or one of equal value at no charge. (Of course, normal wear, abuse such as prying with the knife, or neglect are excluded from this non-transferable warranty.) For warranty service, please return product via UPS or insured mail. Include your name, address, telephone number, and a short explanation of the warranty service requested to the address below. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Kershaw Knives are intended and sold for legitimate sporting purposes only. The purchase, use, and ownership of knives are subject to a wide variety of local laws and regulations. Certain knife styles, blade designs, and blade lengths are not allowed in specific areas. In light of recent events involving national security, knives may not be permitted in government buildings or on government property (such as court houses, federal offices, national monuments, and airports), and government officials may take the position that knives are “weapons” under applicable laws. Due to the complexity and constantly changing nature of these laws and regulations, it is impossible for Kai USA ltd., Kershaw Knives, to be aware of every restriction in every location in which our knives may be sold or carried. It is the responsibility of the buyer to investigate and comply with the laws and regulations that apply in his or her specific area. You, and not Kai USA ltd., Kershaw Knives, are solely responsible for any claims resulting from violation of these laws and/or regulations.

WARNING! Knives are extremely sharp tools and should only be used with the utmost care and caution. Any use other than cutting is considered misuse and abuse and will void your warranty.

Kershaw products are made in the USA, Japan, Taiwan, Mexico, Sweden and China as indicated on the product.

Where do I ship my knife for warranty service?

Can I ship my knife in a padded envelope?

Please use a box. Padded envelopes are usually destroyed during the shipping process and knives can be lost. We cannot be responsible for knives lost during shipping.

Can I have my old knife back if you choose to replace it?

We're sorry, but we cannot replace a knife and return the old one.

How long does the Speed-Safe torsion bar last?

We test our torsion bar to 10,000 openings. However, at some point, the torsion bar may need to be replaced. We will gladly do this at our facility free of charge.

I shipped my knife to you for repair. Have you received it?

We encourage our customers to ship via UPS or Fed-Ex as these companies automatically provide a tracking number. The tracking number allows the customer to verify the knife?s arrival to our facility.

If the customer prefers mailing the knife to us via the post office, we suggest insuring the package and using the Delivery Confirmation service. Again, this will provide a tracking number for the customer to verify the arrival of the knife.

Shipping and mailing times vary greatly. Please check with the shipping service for the approximate shipping time from their facility to ours.

Can I have a part sent to me?

Yes, but blades will NOT be sent out. If your knife is in need of more than one part or requiring work on the blade, you are welcome to send it in for warranty service free of charge. Otherwise, use the "Contact Us" form to request parts. Remember that parts are specific to each knife model, so please make sure the model number is included in your request for parts. You can locate the four digit model number on the blade or handle.

What is your turn around time?

We process warranty requests as soon as possible. Please allow up to four weeks from the day you ship the knife before contacting us.

Will you sharpen my knife?

Yes, we sharpen every knife sent in for warranty service as part of our normal procedure. We provide this service free of charge.
We will only sharpen and repair Kershaw Knives.

How will I know if my knife is covered under warranty?

Please provide your phone number and the best time to call you in your letter of information. If necessary we will call you to discuss your knife.

Do I include money for return shipping costs?

No, we do not charge for the return shipping costs. However, in order to keep providing warranty for free we mail out all knives sent in for warranty service via the post office. We cannot accommodate overnight or other special shipping requests.
SOG Warranty Information
  All SOG products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original purchaser. This guarantee is voided (as determined by SOG) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product and does not cover any normal wear that might occur. All guarantee claims should be sent directly to SOG Specialty Knives, Inc. U.S. claims should be prepaid insured. International claims should write or call for information.
All Fusion by SOG products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of purchase. This guarantee is voided (as determined by SOG) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product and does not cover any normal wear and tear that may occur.
All guarantee claims should be directed to the factory. U.S. claims should be sent prepaid and insured. For international claims, call or write SOG's Warranty Department for information.
SOG reserves the right to the repair or replacement of a product at our discretion.
Examples of Non-Warranty Items:
Broken or bent knife tips, tool components, sheaths/pouches (if sheaths are determined to fall under warranty, they are warranted separately from the knife/tool), thumbstuds, bent/broken knife clips, dull/chipped knife blades, blade/tool coatings, Kraton slabs.

Rusting of Carbon, Stainless Steel, & TiNi

Sheaths and pouches are not covered under this warranty. Cases of surface rust, bent and broken knife tips, and coatings are also not covered under this warranty.
When returning product, please do the following:
Include a brief note inside your package stating what you are returning, the claimed defect, and how it failed
On that note, put your name, return address, daytime phone number, and your email address
Insure your package for the full retail value of the contents
