Order Status
How Do Pre Orders Work?
  We allow you to reserve most Coming Soon Knives for no charge. This allows us to accurately gauge interest in a coming soon knife and allows you to get in line for your favorite knives. Just place an order for the product through our regular order system and use the Pre Order payment method. You must use Pre Order as your payment method--if you use another payment method you will be charged the full amount. Using the Pre Order payment method will not charge you anything, and will allow us to see a pending order for your requested products. When the item gets to our shop from the Manufacturer, we will fulfill these orders in the order they were placed. To complete payment, we will call or email to get Credit Card payment for the knife. You have 7 days to respond to our call and email before we will cancel your order. If we cancel your order, your reservation will be lost. Please do not place pre orders for knives you do not fully intend to purchase.

Of course we try our very best to have an exact ETA on when the item will arrive from the Manufacturer. Sometimes the dates they give us are not accurate and sometimes they do not give us an exact date. We will update information as soon as we receive it so you will always know as much as we do. To make sure you get your emails concerning your pre orders, please add sales@bladeops.com to your safe senders list on your email account.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
