The CRKT M16-13Z Kit Carson designed knife is a slim profile every day carry knife that combines the toughness of AUS-8 steel with the rigidness of a GFN handle. Each liner lock designed model features the Carson Flipper that not only deploys the blade but doubles as a blade guard in the open position. Additionally this knife features CRKT's automated liner safety which is a next-generation locking mechanism that sets a pin between the locking liner and the frame--virtually turning this folder into a fixed blade.This model, the M-16-13Z, features a black GFN (Glass Filled Nylon) handle, stainless steel liners, a partly serrated spear point style blade, complete with Triple-Point serrations, in a bead blast finish and the reversible pocket clip is designed for tip down carry only but is eligible for a left or right hand carry option.
