The Cold Steel Finn Hawk fixed blade knife is the newest addition to Cold Steel's acclaimed inexpensive outdoor bushcraft style of knives. Designed by Andrew Demko and Lynn C. Thompson, the steep blade bevel and curved belly design promotes an ideal skinning option in addition to game processing, basic camp chores or even food preparation. The Finn Hawk's handle is actually twice injection molded--the first layer being high-impact polypropylene surrounded by an outer shell of TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber) making it water resistant, food safe and, most importantly, comfortable. The olive drab green handle also includes a textured spiral pattern which increases the overall grip security--even in wet conditions or while wearing gloves. This versatile fixed blade knife come complete with a matching olive drab green colored Secure-Ex sheath with an integral belt clip carry design.
