The Recon 1 tactical folder series by Cold Steel Knives just keeps raising the oindustry bar. This model, the 27TLT, features a tanto point plain edge blade built of Japanese AUS 8A stainless steel and has G-10 laminate scales that are contoured to give you the best non slip grip possible. Built with the Tri Ad Lock system, this virtually eliminates lock failure. This thin, ultra sharp and tough blade is coated with black Teflon for a tactical look. This Teflon finish resists rust, eliminates glare and light reflections, and finally it acts as a lubricant and allows the blade to slide through tough material with less friction.
