The Cold Steel Spartan takes its name from the legendary Spartans of old. These tough warriors were trained from childhood in the art of war and used the Kopis sword. This Andrew Demko designed Kopis style knife boasts the American Made Carpenter CTS BD1 alloy steel. The handle shape gives an incredibly safe grip and is molded from Griv-Ex paired with heat treated steel liners for strength. The thumb plate on the blade allows you to one hand open or snag open the blade. And of course, the Spartan has the Tri-Ad locking mechanism to make it nearly impervious to stress and shock. Ambidextrous pocket/belt clip.
