The Candiru is a native to the Amazon jungles and feared by the locals because of its ability to feed off the blood of other fish by swimming up the orifices and gills of other water creatures because of its size. ESEE took the same characteristics and created a knife that was pint-sized but was capable to demolishing tasks for the inside out. Like most ESEE knives, this full tang model is offered is a wide variety of colors and includes optional handle scales, different colored clip plates or molle backs and survival kits with selected models (all sold separately). This model, the CAN-DT, features a desert tan powder coated finish throughout, a plain edged drop point style blade and the black molded polymer sheath, complete with multiple mounting holes, which allows for a variety of carry options. Made in the USA.
