The Kershaw Launch 4 side-open automatic knife is 1 of 7 models in the Kershaw Launch family. Like many of the models that have been offered with different colored handles, each Launch features a premium stainless steel blade with solid marks on its edge holding capability this model consists of a gently curved handle that fits effortlessly in the hand. The Launch 4, which happens to be the smallest knife in the series, sports a sub 2" blade length which coincides to the label "cali-legal." This model features a grey anodized aluminum handle, a spear point style blade in a DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) black finish and the extra-long pocket clip is statically designed for tip up carry only on the traditional side of the handle.
