Description

The Ultratech without question has been Microtech's flagship out the front auto knife since its induction in 1999. Recently it has gone through an additional aesthetic redesign after the overwhelming success and praise of the traditional styling. While the dimensions of the Ultratech remain unchanged, the handle has been stripped back down to its original roots--now offering a smooth contoured chassis, however still boasting the tri-angle hardware, a redesigned thumb slide and the glass breaker that now includes a press fitted ball bearing for a more comfortable, but still functional, user experience. Each Microtech OTF knife has extremely sophisticated internal mechanisms which improve the overall operational functionality and reliability. This model features a contoured black handle complete with standard bead blasted hardware and an integrated glass breaker function along with a dagger style blade in a satin finish. Made in the USA.

    Great blade! It works great on multiple jobs! From cutting seatbelts, EM work on patient’s, to cutting what needs to be CUT! I made one adjustment! I changed the belt clip to the other side!!!! It’s made for a “ left hand OTF knife!” I changed it it right hand , so I keep it right behind my holster. Simple switch if you buy the window breaker knob tool! ( That’s $30) Come on! Protiitary rights???? I call it greedy!!!! They have a great knife, just use common screws!!!!

    Wow....my first otf and I am certainly impressed. Don’t let the light weight and slim design fool you.....the action, the steel , the feel are superb.....!!!!!!!never dreamed a off could be a edc.....wrong!!!! Highly recommend and all other reviews I read say same thing.....just a cool and excellent knife!!

    This is my first OTF and first Microtech. I didnt know what to expect. By looking at it you may think its a toy but looks can be decieving. This thing is like a bank vault. You can feel the quality and strength. It is worth every penny. I never understood why Microtech was so expensive until I held one. I would deffiently reccomend the Ultratech
