Description
This Microtech Custom Wakizashi features a 14.5 inch blade custom designed by Marfione. With an extremely limited number of these knives available at Blade Show 2013, these are sure to disappear fast. This single piece knife is ground with a unique tip and parallel fuller grooves. The blade sports a bead blast finish on the flats and simulated hamon while the rest of the blade is satin polish. The handle has a traditional style same', or ray skin, along with a leather tsuka-ito, or wrap. At the top of the handle, peeking out from the tsuka-ito, is a Marfione Custom Dagger medallion. The sheath is custom fitted kydex along with a carbon fiber upper. The back has Blade Tech MOLLE-Lok II attachments. The tang also shows has a Marfione Dagger engraved along with A. Marfione, the date of 05/2013, as well as the serial number--008.
