The Microtech Daytona out the front knife is the next step in the evolution of the Ultratech series. It doesn't replace the Ultratech knives, it just provides you with another option. Just like the UTX85 knives, the Daytona is just 85% the size of an Ultratech which makes it more convenient to carry. This edition, the MT146-11, has a part serrated black DLC blade and absolutely stunning polished brushed metal bubble inlays on both sides of the handle. The look is along the lines of Urban Tactical. This knife would look great in the boardroom or out in the field. Either way, the out the front Daytona has smooth action and the amazingly tight lock up that you expect from every single Microtech knife.
