The Spyderco Navaja features a unique Carraca, or ratcheting sound, that it produces as it opens and closes. The Carraca generates a similar reaction as does the chambering of a round in a firearm--it warns, and possibly deters a criminal. This Ed Schempp designed ethnic cutlery is a combination of the Carraca with a blade made of CPM-S30V and the customary Navaja concave blade shape. It also features a MIchael Walker LinerLock and a textured liner. The handle has amazing Carbon Fiber inlay and Stainless Steel bolsters. The clip is four way tip up or down and right or left handed. This is a beautiful knife for any collection. SPECIFICATIONS: length overall 8 5/8 in. (219 mm) length closed 4 3/4 in. (121 mm) hole diameter 1/2 in. (13 mm) blade length 3 7/8 in.
