Zero Tolerance has really made a great knife with their 650ST. The most interesting thing about this knife is the automatic button. It acts as the safety also. Designed by Gavin and Grant Hawk, this system is really takes a unique approach to the safety/firing button. You actually slide the button to the right and then pull it down. With a little practice, I have been able to get the motion down to one smooth and fluid pull. The blade snaps right out. The good thing about this system is that even though it is extremely easy to open from the safety on position, it doesn't seem to accidently come off of safety. This is a great all around knife. My only complaint may be the G-10 overlay. I don't love they way they are in just a little from the frame of the knife. A small complaint. I would have preferred that it covered the entire area of the handles. I really do like G-10 though. It gives the user a really good grip on the handle. Overally, I rate this knife as an 8.5 out of 10. It got extra points for the trigger system which is awesome!
